Important Notice Regarding DNS Modifications: Changes to DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) directly alter email routing and receiving server filtering decisions across global mail providers. You are solely responsible for testing and validating any records before committing them to your production DNS zones.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing DMARCPro (tools.postsyncapp.com, collectively referred to as the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Utilities

DMARCPro provides free, browser-native informational utilities designed to assist domain administrators and email engineers with DNS configuration:

DMARC Record Generator: Assembles TXT record syntax compliant with RFC 9989 and RFC 7489 specifications.
SPF Generator & Merger: Merges fragmented SPF mechanisms and counts nested DNS lookups compliant with RFC 7208.
DNS Inspector: Performs real-time client-side DNS queries via public DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) APIs (Cloudflare and Google Public DNS).

All utilities execute in your web browser. DMARCPro does not operate receiving mail exchange (MX) servers or enforce mail filtering policies.

3. "AS IS" and No-Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DMARCPro does not warrant that generated records will guarantee 100% email inbox placement, prevent spam categorization, bypass third-party reputation filters, or that DNS lookup results will be instantaneous or error-free.

4. DNS Propagation and Resolver Caching

Domain Name System changes are distributed across thousands of independent recursive resolvers worldwide. DNS propagation typically requires between 15 minutes and 48 hours depending on DNS Time-to-Live (TTL) values set at your domain registrar. Live lookup results provided by DoH queries reflect the current state of Cloudflare or Google edge resolvers and may not reflect all global name servers simultaneously.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DMARCPRO, POSTSYNC, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, REVENUE INTERRUPTION, EMAIL BOUNCE-BACKS, SPAM FOLDER PLACEMENT, OR REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE RESULTING FROM:

Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service;
Incorrect DNS syntax applied to registrar zones;
Premature enforcement of DMARC quarantine or reject policies ("p=quarantine" or "p=reject") before verifying DKIM and SPF alignment;
Third-party resolver outages or DNS-over-HTTPS request failures.

6. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Disclosure

The Service contains links to external websites, domain registrars, and email software providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Instantly, Smartlead). Certain links are commercial affiliate links governed by our disclosure: we may receive a commission if you make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, terms, or services.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect RFC revisions or regulatory updates. Continued use of the Service following revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
